The Skills Performance department accompanies the growth of mountain development companies so as to help them become more competitive.
It facilitates networking between not just members but also institutional and financial partners as well as training structures and establishments who both support and follow up the companies’ projects.
It organises meetings and training sessions for improving skills of those involved along with Cluster Montagne’s Innovation, International and Information departments.
It promotes the sector’s trades and supports companies in their recruitment phases, in particular using the employment platform launched at the beginning of 2015. “Human Resource” workshops are held on a regular basis to support the strategies of companies in this sector.
